After 18+ years in the real estate industry, our customers have given me the eye-opening privilege to appreciate how every single real estate transaction is loaded with so much change in people’s lives. I realized how these changes come from the core root of our lives and lifestyle needs. I remember when I arrived in the USA from Venezuela, back in 1989. Jackie Torrealba, a Florida Real Estate Realtor, helped us find our dream home then. That was before social media was a thing, and since, we have lost touch, but I will never forget the impact she had on my life. All I knew is that my family was relocating to the USA and we needed somewhere to lay our eggs, sort of say. Jackie showed us so many different communities, in both Dade and Broward county. We finally fell in love with a house in a community called Captiva Cay in Weston, when Weston was not even a city yet! Jackie made it possible for us to check out the elementary school and the high school my girls would be going to, she showed us the area around, which allowed us to be able to envision our bright future with a lot of hope and a positive outlook.
